indie collective is a constantly evolving clothing and accessory line.
from modern street couture to handmade tee shirts for both sexes,
conceptual couture, modular, interactive clothing and full line of accessories,
custom design and customization.
always at the forefront of what is going on today, not only in the world of fashion
but other disciplines as well. ic incorporates little bit of art, architecture, product design,
engineering into the items designed.
ic's principle designer g. yavuz collaborates with other disciplines professionals
such as a group of m.i.t. kinetic architects, young morphosis architects,
aerospace engineers, product designers, musicians etc. to create clothing that transforms into furniture
and other discipline-bending creations.
ic philosophy could be summed up with just a sentence; we demand a lot from ourselves,
forever seeking  to isolate and refine understatement, along with originality, purity, integrity, 
practicality, timelessness, whimsy and sharp edge in design. 
being a small and fiercely independent company, ic has developed its own system of constantly
renewing itself nearly daily, thus functioning outside the existing system of overproduction.
the existing system of overproduction, rushing senselessly to produce more and more collections
for different seasons, even though the seasons are not what they used to be.
the status quo is unreasonable, ecologically unsound, wasteful, causes suffering to disadvantaged
people of the world and totally unnecessary. eventually we must all go back to small, wholistic and
sustainable ways of living and working. we believe it is do or die. we try to do our best!.
